Housed at The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park Campus in Long Beach, Miss., the Institute of Strategic Leadership & Innovation (ISLI) brings advisory services, applied research, and leadership development together to serve leaders, organizations, and communities across the Gulf South.

Through our advisory services, we work alongside leadership teams on strategic planning and organizational alignment, leadership and organizational effectiveness, artificial intelligence strategy and transformation, advanced analytics and decision intelligence, research and market insights, and community & regional planning and economic development.

Our professional learning solutions include certification opportunities, online learning development, and upskilling credentials through customized training, conferences, and workshops.
